Hartwell Concierge setup
Hartwell Holdings LLC offers a one-time $199 USD setup for one business: business knowledge and FAQ configuration, supported email/calendar connection guidance, draft-first configuration, testing, and handoff. Your own platform account is required. Confirm the supported platform and required plan with Zach before purchasing. Provider subscriptions and usage fees are separate. Custom website integrations, ongoing support, and any Hartwell recurring service are not included. Zach coordinates requirements and setup using your checkout email after verifying payment in Stripe. Payment does not instantly download, publish, or activate a bot; completion depends on the information and supported access you provide. Contact hartwellholdingsva@gmail.com for setup or cancellation. Cancel before setup work starts for a full refund. Once setup work begins, the fee is nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Setup work begins when Hartwell starts configuring your business knowledge or supported connections. AI outputs can be inaccurate; review drafts and confirm facts before use. No guaranteed bookings, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party availability are promised.
Other automation base packages
Marketing Content Assistant is $399 USD, Inquiry & Quote Assistant is $750 USD, and Staff Knowledge Assistant is $1,250 USD, each as a one-time base package. These are separate services, not cumulative upgrades. The relevant offer page describes the included work and boundaries. Before invoicing, we confirm the platform, required access, source material, package fit, scope, delivery timing, and cancellation terms in writing. We then send a customer-specific Stripe invoice with a payment link. Additional workflows, teams, access roles, integrations, or substantial source cleanup are separately quoted. The Concierge cancellation policy above applies to Concierge; cancellation terms for these three packages are agreed before invoicing.
Included handoff and support
Concierge includes its business-specific configuration, agreed workflow testing, and practical handoff; custom integrations and ongoing support are quoted separately. The Marketing Content, Inquiry & Quote, and Staff Knowledge base packages each include an editable setup, a short operating guide, and one 45-minute handoff; one consolidated in-scope revision request during the 14 calendar days after handoff; and up to 60 minutes of usage help during that same period. Corrections needed to meet agreed acceptance checks are separate from the usage-help allowance. New workflows, source material, platforms, or integrations need a separate quote.
Your platform and optional maintenance
You need your own supported platform account and required provider plan. Provider subscriptions and usage charges are paid separately to that provider. Hartwell does not host your assistant. Ongoing maintenance is optional and separately quoted; purchasing setup does not start a Hartwell monthly plan. Features depend on the agreed platform, permissions, and supported connections. Scheduled or event-triggered actions are included only when explicitly scoped and tested. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving the actions identified in your agreed scope, including replies, public posts, prices, estimates, and bookings.

The Hartwell Holdings name, website content, and original work belong to Hartwell Holdings or their respective owners. Client branding remains the client’s property. Software screenshots and automation videos are illustrative and labeled with their context. Example workflows do not represent real customer activity, guaranteed results, or proof that a particular integration is included in your package.
Permitted use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass usage controls, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Do not reproduce or distribute protected site content without permission.
AI and assessments
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate and require review. Automation demos on this website are examples, not an interactive assistant acting on your behalf. Any customer assistant’s permissions and capabilities depend on its separately agreed setup. Assessment results are preliminary observations from your answers, not a quote or guarantee.
Third parties and availability
External websites and services operate independently. The site is provided as is and as available. No uninterrupted availability, accuracy, performance, or particular business outcome is guaranteed.
