Service payments
Service checkout and invoice payment links open on Stripe, which processes your payment details, email, customer name, business name, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. Hartwell can access order/contact details and payment status in its Stripe account to coordinate setup, support, refunds, and accounting; this website does not collect your full card number. Payment records are retained as needed for service delivery and applicable accounting obligations. Our automation setup services are configured in your own supported platform account, not hosted by Hartwell. The business information, reference material, intended users, supported connections, and access needed for setup are agreed for your project. Your chosen platform and connected services process information under their respective policies and permissions. Do not send passwords or verification codes through the inquiry form or email.
Information you choose to share
When you submit a contact or assessment inquiry, your name, email, business details, message, and any assessment summary you choose to share are sent through Resend to Hartwell. We use this information to respond and evaluate the requested work. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Assessment answers
In-progress assessment answers are saved in session storage in your browser tab. They are not sent to Hartwell while you complete the assessment. Use Start over to reset your answers. Browser session restoration may retain a draft even after a window closes. The preliminary summary is based only on your answers.
Demonstration videos
Automation demo videos and poster images are served directly from this website, rather than embedded from a third-party video platform. The video file loads when you choose to play it. These are illustrative examples, not a live assistant receiving your information. Requests for posters and videos are handled by the hosting infrastructure described below.
Security and operational data
Hosting providers process request information, which may include IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, for site operation and security. Inquiry abuse controls use a daily salted hash of a request IP address and usage counters, not message content. Counters are assigned a 48-hour expiry and expired rows are removed when a subsequent configured inquiry request runs cleanup; this is not a guaranteed deletion time. This website has no newsletter signup.
Hosting cookies and browser storage
Your Light, Dark, or System appearance choice is saved in this browser so it stays consistent between pages and visits. Hosting infrastructure can set cookies in addition to this preference and the assessment’s browser storage. Cookies observed on this domain include __Host-appgarden-visitor and app_session_id from the hosting layer, plus Cloudflare’s cf_clearance and __cf_bm. Cloudflare uses cf_clearance for challenge clearance and __cf_bm for bot management. Hosting cookie behavior may vary by visitor and session. Blocking cookies may affect security checks or site operation. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a separate service; its privacy properties do not describe all cookies set by the host.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring sites, and website performance. It reports aggregate traffic rather than identifying individual visitors.
Service providers
The website uses ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure, Cloudflare Web Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for inquiry spam protection, Resend for inquiry delivery, Google Gmail for Hartwell’s receiving inbox, and Stripe for payments. Turnstile processes browser and request signals to assess whether a submission is legitimate; its token is verified by our server before inquiry delivery. Inquiry content and delivery metadata are processed by Resend; received messages are held in Hartwell’s Gmail inbox. Provider retention and processing policies also apply. Direct email links use your chosen email provider. External websites have their own policies.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting an inquiry. Contact Hartwell to ask about information you have sent, request correction or deletion, or report a privacy concern. Inquiry emails are retained as reasonably needed to respond, manage the requested work, and meet applicable obligations.
Changes
This notice should be reviewed when hosting or integrations change. We will update this page to reflect the services actually used.
