Fixed price for the base package. We confirm the platform, access and package fit in writing, then send your one-time Stripe invoice with a payment link. Scope, delivery timing and cancellation terms are agreed before invoicing.

Your own platform account is required. Subscription and usage fees are paid separately to the provider. Hartwell does not host your assistant. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.

Setup scope & boundaries

What’s included

One supported customer-owned assistant for one business and brand. Includes a brand-voice and business-facts guide, three reusable templates (social post, promotion and short email), and three sample drafts checked against your approved information. We review your approved, searchable reference material and agree the source set before invoicing. Substantial research, rewriting or document cleanup is separately quoted. Supplied photos inform examples; photography and finished graphic/video production are not included.

Where your team takes over

You approve facts, offers and public posts. This is assistant setup, not ongoing content production, ad management or automatic publishing. Photography, design production and extra connections are separately scoped.

Supported connections, information handling and provider costs are confirmed in your written quote before work begins. Later changes and ongoing maintenance are optional and quoted separately.
